Before I show some love to The Philosopher and The Widow, I want to address some other issues . . .

First of all, I want to give some respect to eroticshadow.  He has a great name!  erotic~SHADOW.  Ooh!  I looked at my shadow tonight and I was not turned on.  My legs look like two skinny posts and my torso looks like a barrel.  It’s a ridiculous image!  And my head . . . my gigantic, bulbous head!  You know what they about men with huge heads, right?  Yep.  Men with huge heads are ridiculed their entire lives and suffer from “Homer Simpson Syndrome.”

So eroticshadow is doing fine and I’m happy for him.  Seriously.  I’m living vicariously through eroticshadow.

scarletharlot posted recently and I have to admit . . . I am her biggest fan!  That’s right!  I claimed it!  Sorry, suckers!

As for me, the loser of the group, I’m doing alright.  I’m reading my old Calvin and Hobbes books.  I learned that life is tolerable if you have a best friend by your side.  Unfortunately for me, I don’t have a suave and sarcastic tiger.  The good news is that I have Khair.  Khair is a student and an activist.  He could easily be dismissed as just another idealistic college kid trying to spread hope and good will, but the guy is more than all those things!  He’s . . . not of this world.  He’s my spiritual advocate.  An angel or a daemon (depending on your persuasion.  I don’t really care).  He’s the Danny Aiello to my Tim Robbins!

Khair has my back and gives me the support and inspiration during these tough times.  I may be battling my Asian fetish, but I’m also cultivating a special relationship with a Muslim woman.  I wrote Infidels Anonymous several months ago.  The goal was simple: Get with a Muslim woman.  I was hopeful and fairly certain I would meet a Sunni woman.  Maybe a Shi’ite.  But an Ahmadi???   Yes!  She’s from the Ahmadiyya Sect!  Which is great for me because most Muslims view Ahmadis as heretics.  And now that I’m working on Has The Christian Church Failed? (yes, it has. [this is a collaboration with P.T. Wenzler and is due for mainstream release in the next few months]), I’m also a heretic!  Woo Hoo!  Bliss!!

We shall refer to my Ahmadi friend as “YYR” from now on.  I want to protect her privacy.  YYR is a young widow.  What can I say?  She is sublime!  I feel like a Whirling Dervish when I am in her presence.  I want to spin around with my hands elevated towards the heavens when I think of her.

I want to watch Baraka now.
